Below are the most common questions we get asked. If you don’t see your question, email us and we’ll get straight back to you.

  • How do I order the part?

    You can order through our online shop, alternatively you can e-mail, telephone or fax us.

  • How do I pay for the part?

    Payment can be made by Paypal, credit card or cheque.

  • I want to purchase a part, but I do not have a Paypal account?

    You can contact us and we can process your order and credit card over the phone.

  • How long will the delivery take?

    If you are paying by Paypal or credit card and we receive your order by 2.30pm, your goods will be delivered the next working day. If you choose to pay by cheque, you must allow 7 working days.

  • How will the part be delivered?

    The goods are delivered by our designated carrier and must be signed for. Please make sure that there will be someone to receive it, or consider having it delivered to your place of work.

  • Can I collect the part?

    Yes you can, please click on to map for directions.

  • What if the part is damaged upon delivery?

    If the box is damaged upon delivery, please sign the delivery driver’s manifest as “damaged” upon delivery. If your part is damaged upon opening please contact us within 24 hours and we will endeavour to deliver a replacement within 24 hours. Please do not try to repair the part yourself, as this will invalidate your warranty. Our carrier will collect the damaged part, when he delivers the replacement.

  • What is the warranty period?

    12 months from date of purchase.

  • What is your warranty procedure?

    Any part returned to us, which is found to be faulty, due to manufacturing defect will be replaced.

  • Do you have a technical support hotline?

  • Is there an installation engineer in my area?

    Please contact a member of our sales team for details of your local authorised installation centre.

  • Can I install this part myself?

    Fitting instructions are included. The replacement window regulator normally utilises the same fixed points as the original part, but may require a simple electrical connection. If in doubt, please contact our technical hotline before attempting the installation.

  • What tools do I need to for the installation?

    Most of our replacement regulators only require a 10mm spanner, but you will need other tools to remove the door trim panel.

  • How does the cost compare with that of the main dealer?

    Our prices are normally significantly lower than that of the main dealer.

  • Does the part perform as well as the main dealer part?

    Yes. Our parts are produced to industry standards using the latest equipment and technology.

  • What are your opening hours?

    We are open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
