Refund Policy

At Electric Windows Direct we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every purchase, however should we fall short of our goal and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if it should fail within the guarantee period and you find you need to return the goods, we would ask that you follow these simple guidelines.

General

Whether it is an unwanted item or product failure, please contact us prior to returning the goods. This can be done by email, telephone or post (see below for details).

Unwanted Items

You will need to contact us within 7 (seven) days from purchase to return unwanted items. We will issue a “returns note number”, which you will need to use on all communications regarding this return.

It will then be your responsibility to have the goods returned to us. On receipt the goods will be inspected and provided they are in good condition a credit will be issued (less a 10% repackaging and handling fee) and a refund made to paypal / credit card used for the original purchase. The cost of the return delivery will not be refunded.

Warranty Returns

In the unlikely event that an item purchased fails within the guarantee period, please contact us immediately by email, telephone or post (see below for details) leaving a contact telephone number and times we may contact you (if required).

We will try to establish what the fault is and if it cannot be repaired on site we will issue a “returns note number”, which you will need to use on all communications regarding this return.

We will make arrangements to have the goods collected. On receipt the goods will be inspected and the fault diagnosed. Providing the failure was due to a manufacturing defect a replacement item will be dispatched or a credit will be issued and a refund made to paypal / credit card used for the original purchase.
